Be able to open Helpdesk portal link to a specific building and without a GIS map (EMM-2448)

Now it is possible to selected a ground and a building in the MMExternal setup window.  If that is done the portal is constrained to that particular building.

If a portal has a particular building registered the location step will display the name of that building and the search is performed within that building.  If the building has floors with registered interactive drawings then they are displayed as well.

A new setting has been added to the MMExternal location step “Hide GIS map“.  If that is turned on the GIS map is not displayed within the portal.

Be able to setup Helpdesk portal page in accordance with my data model for that incident type (EMM-2528)

New setting within MM External step called Extra columns

• Only available for steps of type Incident.

• From the Extra columns drop down it is possible to select available extra columns (For now only text/number inputs and boolean fields).

• These columns will then appear in the incident registration in the help desk portal.
