Missing access for Administrators (US2941)

If Administrator is in a form and has not access to a dropdown he can now give access to the data from within the form

If he has access, the menu is as before

Improvements for Alias user (i43535)

Now alias user/user role also changes user role attributes like hide BIM/Email etc
