Create a lease contract with a quick action from lease object
You can create a lease contract in a simple way through the list of lease objects. One of the columns contains an action Create contract which the user can press to open up a registration for a lease contract on this particular lease object. Notice that each lease object only can have one active lease contract at a time.
In the action window the user must decide start and end dates for the contract, type of lease contract, index date, price index to use for regulation, regulation interval, payments per year etc. Some of the information come as default or will be generated/shown as information from the selected lease object.
When the user has pressed Add (3), the lease contract is created with a identical number, along with a payments etc. and it is connected to the lease object.
The lease contract will open up soon as it has been created and there the user can verify his registration and add detailed information if needed like for contract terms etc.
In Sub data on right side in the lease contract window, you can
- View and create more payments (and thereby payment items) which constitute all the rental costs like heating and electricity, joint costs etc.
- Create reminders for the contract, one or more with message and a date.
- View transactions when they have been imported from finance system.
- Attach documents to the contract.
Payment items are automatically generated from all the payments on the lease contract through the lease period. One payment item is created for each month but then if you have requested payment interval (invoicing) i.e. every three months, then three lines will be exported and invoiced each time. The payment items show the booking and billing dates for each payment.
