    Create tasks from standard tasks

    It is possible to create tasks for your operating and maintenance plan using standard tasks. 

    1. Press the blue action button
    2. Select the action "Create tasks from predefined standard tasks"

    Action to create the task plan can be found in the action menu above the list

    The action provides the following 2 options for creating a task plan from standard tasks: 

    • Create a task plan based on the registration of building parts and technical installations (from CCS, SfB, NS or Uniclass classification) on the selected properties. For this to be possible, the standard tasks must have been connected to some type of an object/building part. 
    • Create a task plan by selecting standard tasks from the list on the selected properties. 
    1. Under Location - select a portfolio and sites you want to create tasks for
    2. Under Time frame - select the Start and End date for the tasks
    3. Press "Run in background" - The system now creates the tasks in the background (you can continue your other work meanwhile) and you will be notified when all tasks have been created

    Action to create task plan based on standard tasks

    Subsequently, local customization of the created tasks is done on each property. There may be an account change, new recipient/supplier, time frame, etc.
