    Create work order from task

    When a task is to be carried out, work order(s) is created.  

    1. Press the action button in front of the selected task
    2. Select the action "Create work order from task" 

    Work order can be created manually from a task with an action

    The work order registration window then opens, which contains all the information from the task.

     

    It is possible to edit the work order data before sending it to the recipient/supplier. For example, you can elaborate on the description, adjust the time frame, add costs, etc. 


    The attachments from the task will also be copied over to the work order and other files can be added if needed or removed.
