Be able to use Crane structure in MainManager FM (EMM-190)

We have now made changes on crane structure modules so they are fully functional in MM FM version. This means that property windows, lists and filters can be adjusted according to needs like other modules.

We also added a similar option as in floor selector on interactive drawings so that user can pick the level above in the structure or even higher up in the structure.

Bug fixes

Fix that Technical information can be registered and edited correctly (EMM-1912)
