Action to move icons between layers (EMM-319)

Now there has been added a new action in Locate drawing icons step where you can move an icon from one layer to another. By right clicking on the icon, the action menu appears where the action is selected and you select the new layer.

Bug fixes

New column added in document modules to show “Building” that i.e. drawings belong to, based on the floor etc that the documents are attached to (EMM-2153)

Better handling of floors in import of components from BIM (EMM-2241)

Fix registering of multiple gauge readings at a time (EMM-2175)

Fix import of interactive drawings in the old format (EMM-2202)

Fix problem when saving snapshot with a main sub type column in site list (EMM-2121)

Prevent caching issues in document as browser was in some cases fetching older version of file instead of the newest (EMM-2280)
