Make it possible to decide on number of decimals of prices in the system (US3070)

Following system setting has been added to the system <Unit price numeric type>. There administrator can select from 1 to 6 decimals (default in the system is 2 decimals for all cultures). 

If set then these number of decimals appears for unitprices and hour rates for following data

• Work order
• Incident
• Purchase order item
• Time, material and cost registration on work orders
• Time registration actions
• Transactions
