Changed handling in generation of task instances for tasks (EMM-1370)

Now task instances are automatically created/updated if task type, recurrences interval and date from/date to is changed on task.

New setting for being able to Toggle all in checklist (EMM-1665)

In last release we introduced that in checklist functionality it would be possible to toggle all checkpoints when filling out the inspection. Since we got comments on that not all would like to have this option we have created a setting around it. So those who want their checklists to have this functionality must turn it ON. The setting is available on all levels i.e. standard checklist, task checklist and local checklist.

Be able to subscribe to inspections and automatically get inspection report sent when inspection is finished (EMM-1204)

Changes made so that emails are always sent out to subscribers when an inspection is finished. A new data entity Email History records information about when and where these inspection emails are sent and the documents that are attached.

Automatic action added that closes inspections that have been completed and where Date To has been reached.

Possibility to filter inspections on if emails have been sent or not.
