Document search

Files in the system are divided into three base types; documents, pictures and drawings. Each base type has its own list in the document management process and under each base type a document type and a sub type can be registered. In this step a file list is displayed across this base type. So i.e. it is possible here to search through the entire file archive of the system.

Search in metadata

In the filter to the right it is possible to search the various metadata of documents. So the list can be filtered by i.e. document type.

Search in file content

In the search field in the filter it is possible to search for a file name. But it is also possible to make the search go through the content of the files if needed. Just be aware that it might take quite longer time to search through a large set of files.
