Building spaces

This step displays a list of all building spaces in the system that the user has access to. The list can be used to retrieve area information, reports and change in area data.

Room information

Here are two trees on the left and right side. The user can switch to another space usage for a building space by dragging it from left side over to a space usage on right side or vice versa. By selecting a floor in the filter above which has a 2D drawing, the connection can be done by dragging space usage on a building space in the floor plan drawing.

Left side

Here is a location tree for the selected property from the filter above. When the user expands the tree down to room level then he can see in parentheses which room use each room has.

Right side

Space usages are shown here. If a space usage is in bold then the user can expand it to see which building spaces are registered with this usage.
