In the helpdesk app you see a list of your own incidents with status color.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

You have to enter the app key that belongs to your database before you can log in.

Create an incident

Press + (a) to create a new incident.

Here you can search for the location (b) and press the wanted location in the list (c). If there are a 2d drawing at the selected location it will open.

You can also find the location on the map and press the building icon (d). If there are 2d drawings at the location then press "Click here to open 2D drawing" (e), if not press the arrow (f) to continue.


You can change floor using the floor selector (g). Select the room (h) on the floor plan and press the arrow (i) to continue.

Select an incident group.

Select an incident type.

Describe your incident (j). You have the option to add a picture from the phone's photo library (k) or with the phone's camera (l). It is also possible to make a mark on the floor plan by pressing the pencil (m). Press "Save" (n) to create the incident.

The incident has now been received and the number is displayed (o). Press "Close" (p) to return to the overview.

The incident has now been added to your incident list.

Options in the app

It is possible to

-    Register all kinds of incidents with the helpdesk app, but only one type pr. App key.

-    Register questionnaires.

-    Change the color.

-    Change the logo.

-    Change the picture.

-    Change the title.
