Register work stations / parking places / bicycle racks on building space and locate on interactive drawing (US3063)

A new concept has been added to the Property management process called Capacity objects. This object is used to register

• Parking place
• Bicycle rack
• Meeting place (meeting room)
• Workstation
• Bed spot

Meeting place and Workstations are part of the EG Worksense objects where users can in the Worksense for instance see where there are available work stations (through sensor techcnology)  and reserve them etc. This is the first step in make it possible to register this in MM and then with integration Worksense so that the capacity object can be setup in MM and used in the Worksense app. This capacity objects will of course also be used in MainManager processes. For instance parking places and bicycle racks can now be used as part of lease contracts, that is assign these objects to lease contracts and make invoicing for leasing of parking places and bicycle racks and see what spots are available for renting etc.

Those objects can be located with icon and coordinate on interactive drawings similar to building components, equipment and artifacts, 

An action was added to assign capacity objects to lease contracts and in columns and filtering the lease status of the capacity object

Lease indexing based on last twelve months average (US3180)

Now possible to have scenario for lease contract <Lease indexing based on last twelve months average> meaning that in price index calculations the average of the price index for last 12 months from a date is used instead of the active index for that date. NOTE this does not apply to other types of contract (purchase contracts, service contracts etc.)

A new action (that can be run manually or set as an automatic action) Calculate last twelve months average which calculates this 12 months average for each index date. That same calculation runs as part of SSB price index reader, that is when SSB price index data has been imported into the system then these calculations are performed. The action looks at the date of the index and takes all values one year plus 2 days back in time and calculates the average. So normally this is 13 values being calculated from if the index is registered once a month. 

The field <Last twelve months average> is then filled out. That value is then used instead of the <Value> field in all price index calculations for lease contract payments  

Create base contact for company (US3054)

We have created a new action <Create base contact for company>. This action will create a contact (employee) for each selected company (if none is registered) and put this contact on lease contracts for the company.
