    Here is a list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update 20.12.1 of MainManager FM on 24th of march 2023. 

    Please contact your project manager at MainManager for further details. 

    Small changes and improvements

    3259 Change search for building space so that it searches for placeholder instead of . or -. 

    A new system setting has been added that changes search in incident and work order window and global search of building/floors/spaces to handle . and - as placeholders in the search. 

    This affects for instance search field in the incident and work order windows. 

    It also affects the global search field 

    Also was added to the global search to search for building floors, building spaces, open areas, open area parts and companies. 

    Incident success message in external incident helpdesk portal (i44310)

    Now it is possible to edit the text that will appear after a user has registered an incident through the external helpdesk portal. 


    This will then be the last text that the user will see on the helpdesk portal page
