Snapshots can be used to save a setting of the list and/or filter as well as and/or location so that it can be easily recalled.

If, for example, there is a certain filtering and set-up of the list that is used often, a snapshot can be saved with this setting, which can then be retrieved when it needs to be used. Then you don't have to remember the settings or set them up again.

There are three types of snapshots:

Global - displayed with a globe icon in front (a)

Personal - appears with a camera icon in front (b)

Default - appears with a house icon in front (c)

These snapshots can also be used to send out as reports.

Create a snapshot

When the list and/or filters are set as desired. Click on Snapshots (d) and "+ Add new snapshot" (e).

Enter the name of the snapshot (f), choose whether it should be Personal or Global (g). Choose whether the position in the location filter should be part of the snapshot or not (h) and press "Save" (i).

Select a snapshot

Tap Snapshots to see the list of snapshots created. To select a created snapshot, press the wanted in the list.

When a snapshot is selected, it is displayed with a green mark (l). If you have changed the filter or list and would like to return to the starting point for the selected snapshot, click on the house next to the snapshot's name (m).

Delete a snapshot

To delete a snapshot, press the trash can on the line for the snapshot. In this list, it is only possible to delete the snapshots you have created yourself.

Edit a snapshot

To edit a snapshot, adjust the list and/or filter as wanted, then press the pencil next to the snapshot to save the set-up, as it looks now, on the selected snapshot. It is only possible to edit the snapshots you have created yourself.

Snapshots assigned to user roles

It is possible to assign snapshots to certain user roles, so that not everyone sees the snapshot but only users from selected user roles.

To assign the snapshot to specific user roles, press the user icon. Access to this step is required to assign user roles.

In this list, it is only possible to assign user roles for the snapshots you have created yourself.

Report options

It is possible to have a report of the snapshot sent to specific people at a selected interval. To define who should receive the report and when, press the user icon with the clock. Access to this step is required to assign users.

To open a snapshot as a report in Excel, press the paper icon.
