Find building space location of building components in BIM (i44136)

For BIM processing of system elements there is now a new option for finding the building space location of building components. That has been done as sometimes the customer does not want to utilize the possibility to use the standard match functionality that estimates the location of each building component with BIM element intersect calculations due to the possible inaccuracy in that method

Therefor a new parameter has been added to the Mapping list for System attributes called <Building component room number>. When that is implemented, it fetched the room number for the BIM element and searches for a building space on that site with that Space number. If the search finds multiple matches, then this location is not used. NOTE that when using this option, it overwrites existing registered location when doing reprocessing of System elements (other methods do not do that)

Fix that tool tip text was not appearing for all fields (i44288) 

Fix error in site drop down list that occurred after opening site window (i44383)

Fix error happening when external link was added, then sub data disappeared in information page (i44299)

Make it possible to open files with .dgn extension (i43973)

Fix that object and location from top filter is preselected in registration window for technical data (i44180)

Fix error with pictures in site list causing problems in export (i44294)
