Connect service contract to objects 

You can connect service contracts to objects, i.e. objects like buildings, building parts or technical installations covered by the contract. This creates an overview of the scope of the contract.  
At the same time, it allows tasks and work orders issued on the connected objects to be accessed directly through the service contract under Sub Data. The economy related to tasks and work orders is then summed up on the service contract.  

To connect objects to a service contract, do the following:  

1. Klik på Objekter koblet til kontrakt under Tilhørende data
2. Klik på aktionen Koble servicekontrakt til objekter
3. Vælg Portefølje
4. Vælg Ejendom
5. Sæt flueben ved de bygninger, bygningsdele eller tekniske installationer der ønskes
6. Klik Udfør
