Create building structure manually

Before the building structure is created, the portfolio must be created.

Press "Site register" and press "Portfolio".

Here you will see the list of created portfolios. If the wanted portfolio for the property structure is not in the list, press the plus (3).

The window for creating a new portfolio will appear. Fill in the required information and press “Save” (4).

To create your building structure, start at the top level: The site

Press "Sites" (5).

Select the portfolio under which the property should be created in the "Portfolio" field (6) and press the plus (7) to create a new one.

The window for creating a new site will appear. Enter the required information and press "Save" (8).

The buildings can then be created.

Press “Locations overview” (9) and press “Buildings” (10).

Select the site under which the building(s) should be created in the “Site” field (11), and press the plus (12) to create a new one.

The window for creating a new building will appear. Enter the required information and press "Save" (13).

Then the floors can be created.

Press “Building floors” (14).

Select the  building, under which the floors are to be created, in the “Object” field (15), and press the plus (16) to create a new one.

The window for creating a new building floor will appear. Enter the required information and press "Save" (17).

Finally, the rooms are created.

Press "Building spaces" (18).

Select the floor, under which the rooms are to be created, in the "Object" field (19), and press the plus (20) to create a new one.

The window for creating a new building space will appear. Enter the required information and press "Save" (21).
