Here it is possible to set up some automatic work process rules that will generate work orders or incidents when a housing gets a specific status, normally when tenants are moving in or out. This might be i.e. an inspection of the housing condition when the status is changed and tenants are moving out. 

A list of rules can be created that will generate a work order or incident when lease object status changes
