MM Helpdesk app user: Be able to authenticate through Entra ID (EMM-2368)

A new authentication scenario has been implemented in Helpdesk app so users can authenticate via Entra ID.

If you are going to change an existing appkey to authenticate through Entra ID then you go directly to the central appkey store and change the configuration there. If you are going to create new appkey, you need to register the new appkey in the customer system:

Now need to have the correct setup in Web service settings that is connected to the customer App Key in the central appkey store (https://office.mainmanager.is)

• Web service category needs to be set as AD.

• Authentication scenario must be set as AD - Login only.

• Client ID, Tenant and Scope must be set up correctly.
