Here is a list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update 20.8.2 of MainManager FM on 22nd of april 2022.

Send email (i43359)

A new checkbox field in Send email action where the user can mark if he wants the "Other emails" to be remembered the next time he sends an email (i43359)

Lease and service contract changes (i43420)

Lease and service contracts have two fields for end of contract that has not been clear in how should be used in the system. This dates are Date end and Date ended

To clarify the meaning of those two fields and how they are used in the system

• Date end (Utgår dato) is typically the estimated end of the contract, often part of the original lease contract document. It is NOT the exact end of the contract, the contract can run and be billed even if this date is expired. When contract is actually finished then the Date ended should be registered (and is automatically registered if you change status of contract to Finished). 
• Date ended is used in following locations: Defines end date for generation of payment lines for contract (unless payment has end date that overrides contract dates and period). NOTE In previous version Date end was used as this end date of payments so this is changed functionality

Another change is that in lease contract documents that are populated from the registration previously the Date ended field was put in the DateEnd tag. That has been fixed so reports that are supposed to show Date ended should use the tag DateEnded instead

The functionally that when status of Contract was changed to Finished has changed from previously fill out the field Date end with Today, and instead now fills out the field Date ended

All notifications and flags for expiration of contracts use Date end, as that is the expected end of the contract

Other location where this has changed

• Create lease contract: Now fills out Date end instead of Date ended when creating the contract. It however gets contract info from the contract with the last Date ended filled out as first criteria and Date end as second order by criteria
• The Monthly lease report (action for Japanese market) uses Date ended instead of previously Date end for filtering out dates in the report

Date ended column is now part of default set for service and lease contracts

BIM element intersect additions (i40210)

Now it is possible to add columns for BIM element intersect count and date of last BIM element registration for both BIM model and BIM elements. That has been added so that the people processing BIM models have better overview of for instance when the last BIM element intersect action was run on a model (an action that find for each component in a BIM model in which space(s) it is located)

Other small changes 

• Changes to CAFM export i.e. adding some columns to the report (i41683)
• Changes so that the ordering is saved in the list and also when saving snapshot (i43098)
• New field Location description on work order that inherits information from relative field on incident (i43417)
• Now document multiregister action only shows the fields for expiry if they are part of the datamodel (i40047)
• Make a text field bigger in artifact module so it shows the whole text (i43377)

Fix the way data is fetched for child lists when grouping data. Also fix ordering when grouping is active (i43277)

Add grouping option to some columns that had been removed earlier (i43349, i43363)

Fix issues with sorting on ascending/descending when grouping is on (i43084)

Fix some issues in new inspection lists (i43300)

• Allow images with data schemes on checklist points and change layout and styling when control is read only. 
• Fixed error that caused the local checklists not to be created by the automatic action along with some other small errors. 

Some bug fixes in organisation tree API (i41579)

Make payment category be inherited from incident when registering hours through incident (i43121, i43142)

Fixed issue where tooltips where not appearing on locked controls/fields (i43324)

Changing what dates are registered on main invoice lines for lease (i39909)

Add indexes on various tables to improve performance (i43282)

Fix that total Invoice status was not always shown in External Invoice. Also fix that when filtered on payment category, the time registration chart was not appearing (i43337)

Fixed error in transactions sums being logged (i41668)

Fix Active Directory single sign on (SSO) problems (i37608)

Fix issues with opening documents that contained a semicolon in file name (i43308)

Fix redirect error in login with SSO (i43412)

Fix authentication for MM Helpdesk App (i43417)

Fix problem with file path check so it is not case sensitive (US3128)

Fix that manufacturer only appeared in lists when product type was registered on building components (SfB, CCS, NS/TFM, Uniclass) (i43450)
