MT1 20.16.1

Here will be list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update 20.16.1 of MainManager FM on 22nd of March 2024. 

Small additions and changes

Administrator Be able to register new fields in all forms so that I have an additional degree of freedom to adjust the system to my needs (US3076)

For all object types in the object tree and all types of contracts it was introduced in last release the possibility to select from 30 extra fields into the data model. Now this same possibility has been added to

Projects, Standard tasks, Tasks, Work orders, Incidents

Show nr in front of name in list columns and drop downs (EMM-1832)

Now it is possible to let system show object sub type (For instance Building type, Site type, Subtype of building components) and Space usage to show Number in front of name in list columns and drop-downs V20.16

If following setting (Show object subtype number) is turned on

it has the effect to show nr and name in drop-downs for object subtype and space usage

and also show the nr and name in list column

There has also been added a new naming rule for sites <Namepart and identification>. When set the site name shown in dropdowns and tree shows Site name + Site identification

Links to download fire drawings in external portal page (EMM-1849)

As an addition to option in external page that was introduced in last release (EMM-1477), it is now possible to download also these pdf sub documents in the external portal page. If the drawing has a sub document, they will appear beneath each button, either for the whole building or each floor.

New setting to set how many years from today, payment lines are calculated when working with lease and service contract payments (EMM-1784)

If the number of years is bigger than zero than this setting overrides the default 3 years otherwise used. For customers that for instance do not have the need to expected contract payments more than for the next 12 months they can for instance enter 1 year in this setting

Finish conversion of purchase contracts to MainManagerFM (EMM-1772,EMM-1773,EMM-1666,EMM-1670)

The conversion of purchase contracts from V11 to V20 is finished. Now it is possible to register multiple housings on purchase contract and see them in a new column

In the housing list a number of Purchase contract related information has been added as well as to the filter

The logic is to show the newest created purchase contract for the housing object.

A new Create purchase contract action has been added which can be called from the housing list. In first step the minimum details for the contract is filled out and user can create or select and existing customer

NOTE. For Buyer to get access to the system when created, these options only appear if in system settings following has been set, Purchase contract buyer default user role

In next step the user can finish the more detailed registration of the purchase contract

Be able to see checklists in work order action pane (US3076)

Now possible to see in work order action checklists in action pane

Be able to migrate incidents, maintenance incidents, work orders, projects and checklists from Lydia (US3053)

Now it is possible to migrate all Service contracts, Accounts, Projects, Tasks, Standard tasks, Standard checklists, Tasks, Task checklists, Work orders, Checklists and Incidents from Lydia

Mandatory HSE Item completion (EMM-1791)

New field in Task Category which if checked, makes it so that for work orders of that category, the HSE Items must be filled out before starting or finishing the work order.

When a user tries to change status to Finished, In Progress, Finished Plus or Finished With Remarks and HSE items have not been filled out, this message will appear:

Responsible on task is set as responsible on work order by default (45446/EMM-1448)

A change has been made so that the responsible employee on task is by default set as responsible on work order when you select the task in work order registration form.
