Select “My organisation(s)” and “Myself” in filter drop downs (US 3322)

Now it is possible to select My organisation(s) and Myself in drop down lists for organisations, employees and persons in all filters in the system. Then it will be possible to filter on myself and create snapshot definitions more global for instance in connection with Dashboard and My page.

New option in organisation and employee field

When My organisation(s) is selected you can have Nothing selected in Employee to filter on everything for your organisation(s) or select Myself to filter on everything for Myself

When nothing is selected in Organisation you have the option to select Myself in Employee drop down, which has same effect as the scenario above

The same possibility is also available for drop downs with persons/users

Small improvements to checklist process and result report (US 3371)

Be able to finish work order when you finish checklist

We have added a new field in “Finish checklist” action that you can mark if the work order status should change to finished simultaneously

Be able to exclude cancelled task instances from Gantt scheme

New filter field in task modules so it is possible to filter Gantt shceme on task instance status (45737 - EMM-1896)

Get an option in checklist result report to sort on building and floor

We have added an option to sort how the result of each point is sorted in the checklist report. When you activate the action for the report you now see two options to sort on.

And some more small changes like:

• Pictures are shown in correct rotation in the local checklist result report

• Name field in standard checkpoint made bigger

• Comments from when finishing checklist appear in the front page on result report

Small additions

Possible to show organisation to and employee to columns in task Gantt view (EMM-2054)

Change made so that Estimated hours field is visible on internal tasks and work orders instead of being only on external (46016 / EMM-1916)

Instead of having this field only visible on external work orders it will now be visible also on internal.
