Service contracts gives an overview of all service contracts with suppliers. Here you keep track of contract documents, start and end date, finances, services, etc.

Key features are:
- All contract documents in one place and easily accessible
- Searching and filtering on many parameters
- Keep track of the start and end date of contracts and contract status
- Create notifications that are sent by E-mail, for example when it's time to renegotiate the contract
- Entering vendor and contact person
- Entering intercompany contact person and department (Customer info)
- Provide financial overview of both fixed payments for service contracts as well as for ongoing additional orders through orders
- Connect the service contract to the buildings, building parts or technical installations it relates to
