Task finance

The finance of the task

When you create a task, there may be finances related to the task.

If there is a Planned cost in the task's registration window, it should be filled out with the planned budget for the task's first year.

If the task dates extend over more than one year, each year will get a finance plan i.e. a budget that can be filled out manually and changed during time.  

This is done through Sub data - Annual task budget

An example of how a task is planned for 14 years

1. Press Annual task budget
2. Press the edit button to changed the planned cost for a specific year

An overview of all the task budget anually

1. Enter the planned cost amount for this year
2. Press Save
