Locate organisations

In this step, it is possible to connect organisations to areas to indicate who uses/rents the area.

Select the floor in the Object field (a) and turn on the 2D view. It is now possible to drag & drop the organisations on the right side to the spaces on the left side.

To connect an organisation to a room, drag & drop the organisation from the right over to the room on the left. Note that in the filter there are some options for what should happen with this connection. By default, there is a checkmark in "Remove from space" (c), which means that if the organization is connected to a room where there is already another organization, then the existing organization will be removed from the room.

If there is no checkmark in "Remove from space", then the organization will be added to the room together with the existing organisation, this could be, for example, if the organisations share the area.

On the right side, the parentheses next to the names of the organizations and rooms shows the total square meters for the rooms to which the organization is connected.

Locate the organisation to more than one room at a time

It is possible to select several rooms and then connect the organisation to them.

Click on the hand (d) above the floor plan and then click on the rooms you want - they will turn green when you click on them (e).

You then drag the organisation to one of the green marked rooms (f), and the organisation is now connected to all the green marked rooms.
