    New features

    MM Helpdesk app user: Be able to authenticate through Azure AD (EMM-2368)

    A new authentication scenario has been implemented in Helpdesk app so users can authenticate via AD.

    For this to work you need to have the correct setup in Web service settings that is connected to the customer App Key in the MainManager service web (https://office.mainmanager.is)

    • Web service category needs to be set as AD.

    • Authentication scenario must be set as AD - Login only.

    • Client ID, Tenant and Scope must be set up correctly.
