Here is a list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update 20.14.1 of MainManager FM on 20th of October 2023.

Small additions and changes
Measure areas of polygons on GIS leaflet (EMM-236)
It is now possible to measure the area of a polygon that you draw on a GIS map. The area is stored on the selected object.
It is now possible to measure the distance between two points on the GIS map.
It is also possible to set the GIS map to fullscreen mode,
Refresh in windows when working with sub data (EMM-1064)
Working with sub data through a property window has been a little problematic since the user has been thrown back to the general page after making changes. This has now been changed to improve user experience.
After making changes on sub data, there will come a refresh on the window but the system will memorize the users placement in sub data and go to that view again in the window. But notice that this might mean that if you have made some changes in the general tab without saving them before going into the sub data, they will not be saved.
Save scroll position in list (EMM-299)
We have made some changes so that when user has scrolled down the list, opens up record and makes changes and saves, the list is refreshed but scrolls down again to the same position again instead of moving up to the top of the list.
Improvements to checklist reports and new action to send checklist reports with email (EMM-1164)
Numerous improvements have been done to the layout of the reports Checklist fillout report and Checklist result report and they now support multiple selection of checklists into one PDF report.
Also added is a new multi select action <Send checklist reports> that sends the selected checklists in one PDF (Checklist result report) to the emails entered
New filter possibilities in work orders and time registration (EMM-1153)
Now possible to filter only my work orders, that filters the work order list on the active logged in user. When selected it also filters the To organisation to the companies he belongs to

New naming rule for building floors (EMM-1149)
Now possible to set naming rule for building floors so that the name of a floor is Identification + name part
Hide inspection tabs and possibility to authenticate into inspection view (EMM-1085)
Now it is possible to control visibility of tabs inside the grouped checklist view.
There are three new check boxes:
- Hide incident tab
- Hide result tab
- Hide finish tab
These tabs can be hidden on Checklist level, Standard checklist level and Task checklist level.
There has also been added an authentication via initials into the grouped checklist view when a user is marked as "Multiple users account"
Toggle all inspection items (EMM-1034)
We have added a button to toggle all inspection items at once within the inspection group you are working on.
Site filtering in task instance list (EMM-1173)
There has been added a top filtering for site/object in task instance module
New setting to default turn on automatic work order creation when creating recurrent tasks and standard tasks (i45355)
New system setting has been introduced, Recurrent task with default automatic work order creation set. NOTE this setting is default turned on so if a customer does not want to use it, it has to be turned off
When set following happens on tasks and standard tasks when creating a new line and Task type Recurrent task is selected, then Automatic work order creation is marked and if you go back to select Single task it is turned off again. The same happens in standard tasks
