Be able to see layer on GIS for site polygons (EMM-1680)

It has been possible to register polygons for buildings and open areas but now we have added the possibility to register polygons for sites as well. It is done in the same way as other polygons where the polygon is registered on the selected site in the top filter.

Complete and update addresses from GeoNorge (EMM-1481)

New action UpdateZipcodes that uses a webeservice to update zipcodes, cities, municipalities and country states, as well as addresses. The UpdateAddressesUsingWebservice action was updated as well.

New column in Address that marks addresses where the zipcode has been inactivated

As a building archive manager I want to be able to import/update relevant data from Matrikkelen (EMM-1297)

Import from Matrikkel action updated 

• We are now using our own connection to Matrikkel to import information.

• The import was updated to work with our new address logic, and to import Building energy rating information. 

Import from Matrikkel through clipboard 

• A new action that allows the users to import information from multiple properties at the same time from Matrikkel. 

Update from Matrikkel

• A new action that updates the information in the system that has a Matrikkel, that is it updates Real properties that have valid Knr, Gnr and Bnr and associated information (Ground, Building, Property valuation building, Building floor, Housing and Open area).

• This action can be run manually or setup as an automatic action the runs with defined intervals. 

Other improvements

• Property valuation building has been modernized and made available in the menu structure.

   

• Lydia import improved:

  • 

    • Added choice: Update Zip codes and associated information 

    • Runs the Update zip codes action so Zip code, City, Municipality and Country state information in the system is up to date 

    • Added choice: Public holidays

    • Imports public holidays that are registered in Lydia 

    • Added choice: Fetch information from Matrikkel 

    • Runs the Update from Matrikkel action 

    • Choice to import addresses was removed, since this is now done automatically through a webservice when buildings and sites are imported

Create, use and download 2D drawings as PDF showing layers and layouts (EMM-1477)

Autocad drawings can have different layouts with different set of layers.

New module has been added called “Document layouts“

Possible to register Document Type, Document Subtype, name of layout and what letters the layers start with.

When a Autocad drawing is imported into the system we search for the registered layouts and layers. If found a pdf is generated and registered as a sub document on the Autocad drawing.

New action to move selected building spaces between floors on same building (EMM-1652)

In cases where building spaces have been registered on the wrong floor, it is now possible to move them to another floor inside the same building
