Facility app

In the facility app you have an overview of work orders.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

You have to enter the app key that belongs to your database before you can log in.

Your assigned orders

When you open the app, the first thing you see is the orders assigned to you. They are grouped by status. Press a status to see the associated orders.

Create a new work order

Press + (a) to create a new work order.

Fill out the required fields and press "Save" (b).

The work order has now been created and the number is displayed (c). Press "Close" (d) to return to the overview.

See the work order list

To see the full list of orders that you have access to, press "Work orders" (e).

You can change the level of detail in the view (f), filter (g) and sort (h) the list. Press a work order to open it.

Options in the app

-    You can choose which fields to display in the app.

-    You can choose which parameters are displayed in the filter.

-    You can perform inspections with the app.

-    You can register questionnaires.

-    You have access to notifications.

-    You have access to global reminders.
