Portfolio 

Before you start creating properties/sites, you need to create the portfolios you want to use. <Portfolios> is a collection of <Properties/sites > used for grouping and filtering all data as well as user access management. REMEMBER that the same property/site  may belong to more than one portfolio. Portfolio grouping is used also for reporting purposes.

Portfolio management

As shown earlier, portfolios can be selected for properties in the property registration window. The same registration can be made in the <Portfolio Management> step.

On the left side you see all the properties/sites and below which portfolios they are connected. On the right side it displays the portfolios and below the connected properties are displayed. With drag and drop from one side to the other, you can create links between properties and portfolios. 

To erase a clutch, you pull the registration up into the trash box

Portfolios are easiest to create manually or paste from Excel on the <Portfolios> tab
