Be able to use interactive drawings when registering incidents (US3066)

We have made some interesting changes on our MM Helpdesk App. Now you will see building icons on map that represent buildings that have interactive drawings for its floors.

The building icons can be clicked to access the drawings and can then you can select location via the interactive drawing.

Note that it is also possible to search for and select floors/spaces and if those floors/spaces own an interactive drawing then we go straight to the drawing page.

Add messages when user has not allowed access (i43476)

We have added messages so that the user is notified if he has not given access to location or files on this telephone/device, instead of being thrown out of the App.
