MT1 Release 16. December 2022

Here is a list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update 20.11.1 of MainManager FM on 16th of december 2022.

Only show published standard tasks when creating tasks from standard tasks (US3234)

A new system setting has been added to be able to control which standard tasks will appear in actions that create tasks from standard tasks so that only published standard tasks will appear. It will also change the behaviour of the system so that standard tasks coming from Digital delivery will not be mixed with other standard task unless decided so.

After the system setting is turned on you must log on to the system and run full database update on standard task. Then all standard tasks are marked as Published unless they are connected to Product data AND the creation date of the Product data is lower than the creation date of the standard task. After this please check that the right standard tasks are marked as published

Standard tasks that come from digital delivery (registration of Product data tasks) are not marked as Published. They appear in the Standard task object type tree with red icons and can be filtered on.

When this setting is turned on, the play function and all actions to create tasks from standard task do not show unpublished standard tasks. The only action that creates tasks from these standard tasks is the action <Mirror product data info to systems> 

The <Mirror product data info to systems> has been changed in following ways. If <Rename object to product data name> then the building components that are linked to that product data are renamed according to the Product data name

Task plan is now created if <Create tasks from product data tasks> is selected

If <Connect product data tasks to project data object types> then the Product data tasks (standard tasks) are connected to the same object types as the product data

New action to extend task period (i44283)

A new action has been created to extend task period and create task instances, planned contract items and to do list (ExtendTaskInstanceToDo). This action is specially designed to fulfill needs for a specific customer and will copy items from one year to another.
