Standard checklists can be added to a standard task.
To create a standard checklist and connect it to a standard task, you must go through the following steps:
Create a standard checklist with standard checkpoints
First you create a checkpoint group. A checkpoint group is a way to sort the checkpoints. Press "Checkpoint groups" (a) and then + (b) to create a new checkpoint group.
Enter at least a name (c) and press "Save" (d).
Then the standard checkpoints can be created. The checkpoints are the points that is shown in the inspection. Press "Standard checkpoints" (e) and then + (f) to create a new standard checkpoint.
Enter a name (g) and select which checkpoint group the checkpoint belongs to (h). In calculation method (i) you can decide whether the checkpoint should be displayed per location and object or only per object, but this can only be selected after the checkpoint is connected to an object type. If you want some extra information displayed along with the checkpoint you can put it here (j). Select the checkpoint type "Inspection item" to create a checklist/inspection (k). Then you have to select which incident mode the incident from the checklist/inspection belong to (l), then which fault category (m) and fault (n) it belongs. It is possible to give the checkpoint some recurrence information (o). When the wanted information are filled in, press "Save" (p).
When the standard checkpoints are created they can be connected to an object type. When the checkpoint is connected to an object type, the system knows when the checkpoint should be displayed. This means that the checkpoint will only appear if the associated object type exists on the location you are using the checklist. Press "Standard checkpoint object type management" (q) here you will see the object type tree on the left side and the standard checkpoint on the right side. Use drag & drop to connect the checkpoints with an object type.
To create the standard checklist press "Standard checklists" (r) and then + (s) to create a new.
Enter at least a name (t) and press "Save" (u).
To connect the checkpoints to the checklist press "Standard checklist management" (v). Now you see the checklists on the left side and the checkpoints on the right side. Use drag & drop to connect the checkpoints to the checklist. A checklist can contain several checkpoints and a checkpoint can belong to several checklists.
Add standard checklist to standard task
To connect the checklist to the standard task press "Standard task management" (x). The standard tasks are shown on the left side and the checklists on the right side. If the checklists are not displayed, open the filter and select "Standard checklist tree" (y) to be displayed on the right side. Use drag & drop to connect the the standard checklist to the standard task.
Then you must connect the standard task to the same object types as the checkpoints on the checklist. Open the filter and select "Object type tree" (z) to be displayed on the right side. Now you can use drag & drop to connect the standard task to the object types.
