Equipment

Here it is possible to create and move equipment.

Before equipment can be created, at least one equipment group and one equipment type must be created. See how they are created in the "Data Setup" step.

Create equipment

Press "Equipment" (a) and then + (b) to create a new equipment.

The window for creating a new equipment appears. To give the equipment a name you have to mark "Custom name" (c) first. Select the location (d), the equipment group (e) and equipment type (f). Select the item status (g) and when all the wanted fields are filled in press "Save" (h).

Move equipment

It is possible to move an equipment to a new location with an action. Press the action menu on the line of the equipment to be moved (i) and select "Move items" (j).

The window to move an equipment appears. Select the new location (k) and press "Execute" (l).

It is also possible to move several pieces of equipment at once, if the location they are to be moved to is the same

Check the boxes on the line for the equipment to be moved to the same location (m) and press the action "Move items" (n) above the list.

Select the new location (o) and press "Execute" (p).
