General - Log in / Log out

Welcome to MainManager FM documentation

Here you will find a general documentation for processes and modules in the MainManager FM system.

Note that the text and screenshots shown in this documentation describes a common use of the system. User can therefore not expect to find the same data (e.g. drop down lists, images and documents) in the system he/she is working with as is shown here.

Log in / Log out

In order to log on to the system, the user must have been assigned a username, password and a web path to a MainManager database.

When the user is logged in, the process and module that the user had open the last time he was logged in will appear.

In many cases, the system is linked to Active Directory so that users do not need to log in every time. Then they will automatically log in if they are logged into their workstation.

In the upper right corner, the user can tap an icon to log out of the system.
