20.3 EBF Release 11-12-2020

On 11.12.2020 we created an emergency bug fix version for MainManager FM 20.3 and all customers will be updated to that version. 

The following fixes were made for each process

General:

• You now have to be an administrator to create a global template and snapshot.
• Template front pages are now sent correctly in body text in email

Building Archive:

• Gross area on building is correctly registered and shown in the property box and list

Document Management

• A refresh is now made when documents are uploaded from Google in document trees

Property Management

• Filtering on lease contract status in lease object list is now accessible

Helpdesk 

• Incidents with theme connected check words can now be changed to other check word and check word item
• Follow up work order can now be opened inside the incident property box, instead of opening a new registration

Access Management

• Access management on documents in drop zone is now according to the access level on the module
• Administrators Edit mode changes for lists and filters are saved correctly and they can hide fields for user roles
