On 11.12.2020 we created an emergency bug fix version for MainManager FM 20.3 and all customers will be updated to that version.
The following fixes were made for each process
General:
- You now have to be an administrator to create a global template and snapshot.
- Template front pages are now sent correctly in body text in email
Building Archive:
- Gross area on building is correctly registered and shown in the property box and list
Document Management
- A refresh is now made when documents are uploaded from Google in document trees
Property Management
- Filtering on lease contract status in lease object list is now accessible
Helpdesk
- Incidents with theme connected check words can now be changed to other check word and check word item
- Follow up work order can now be opened inside the incident property box, instead of opening a new registration
Access Management
- Access management on documents in drop zone is now according to the access level on the module
- Administrators Edit mode changes for lists and filters are saved correctly and they can hide fields for user roles
