Here is a list of changes and fixes that will be included in Maintenance release update of MainManager FM on 16.april 2021

General changes and fixes

  • In site drop down menu in registration windows, only sites appear from the portfolio that is selected in top filter. 
  • Improvements on actions to inactivate and delete records so that related data is checked and inactivated/deleted according to user access. 
  • Improvements on alias functionality so that users under alias can see which user and user role they are viewing system as - name is put in between *
    User viewing system as Mickey Mouse in user role "Test brugerrolle" 

Building archive

  • Improvements and fixes on the new integration to Matrikkel (building registry in Norway). 

Operation and maintenance 

  • Fix that contact information from a lease contract is populated in incident registration form when the leasing object is selected. 
  • A new global setting can be marked so that the logged in user will be automatically be put as performer (To employee) on tasks and work orders (System settings>Operation and maintenance). Each user can also turn this setting on/off through his own profile.


When setting is turned on, user will automatically be set as performer on tasks and work orders
