New features

Settings to hide navigation buttons (i40176)

We have added six new settings on user role level so that it is possible to hide (default is visible) some information in the system.

  • Hide main log - to be able to hide the history of a record, usually visible at the bottom of each property window.
  • Hide chat - to be able to hide the chat, usually visible at the bottom of each property window.
  • Hide SVG (2D) - to hide the 2D navigation button on top of list views.
  • Hide BIM - to hide the BIM navigation button on top of list views.
  • Hide GIS - to hide the GIS navigation button on top of list views.
  • Hide Base info - to hide the Information button on top of list views.

Option to create a user without being an admin (i40171)

Until now it has only been possible for Administrators to create new users into the system. We have now made a new setting on user role to be able to create a new user. This setting is only visible for administrator users.

Users that are in a role that has this access can then create users and give them username, password and user role. They still cannot see Administrator user roles or change information on users that are in Administrator role.

Option to change date fields into date/time fields (i39934)

For fields that contain only date selection it is now possible to change the type so it will also have time selection. This is done through the edit mode. It is not possible to change vice versa i.e. date/time fields into date field. The change will be reflected both in selection in the registration window and in the list.

Date field without time selection

In the edit mode you can select the field typePick Date time form and Save

After the change the field has both date and time selection

Error fixes

Site filtering in administration process (i40101)

In the portfolio management step in the administration process, now all sites are shown on the left side even if you have selected some portfolio in the top filter.

Problems in person and user role management step (i40080)

We have made some changes in the Person and User role step in Access management process. These changes are made to speed up the system since some of our customers have a large number of persons registered in the system. We have improved the filtering so it is possible to filter the right tree on user role and user role group, but also we have changed the left tree so it shows the user roles and persons within each user role. At the top you can then see a node for all persons without a user role. Under each node you will only see the first 200 persons, if you need to find a specific person you will have to use the filtering and the search fields above the tree views have been removed.

Access management on sub data (i39721)

Fixed error causing sub data to appear in menu even when user had no access

Report template documents (i40152)

Make it possible to delete documents from report template document list that were no longer in use. Some technical issues were preventing this.

User cannot change column setup (i40021)

Fix of an error that caused problems if for some reason the same column was saved twice for list visibility.

Alias user error (i40038)

Error fixed that caused the alias user role not to appear in user settings when opening it under alias.

Error in user role action configuration through edit mode (i40049)

Fix that it was only possible to update access on actions and sub data on the active users role (in the edit form mode). Now it is possible to give other user roles access to this through the edit mode.

Product data access for person (i40184)

It is now possible to configure access in person module to Product data access.

Login page settings (i40269)

An error has been fixed so that the selected login page settings appear in the login page
