BF Release 1.february 2022

On 1.2.2022 we created a bug fix version for MainManager FM 20.7 and we update all our customers to that version. 

Minor additions and changes included:

Grayscale base map in GIS view (i42986)

A new version was made of the grayscale base GIS map as the previous one is not supported any more

Area sum in legend (US2928)

When a layer is selected on an interactive 2D drawing, there will now appear a total sum of area of each layer 

Number of employees in a building space (i41703)

Changing logic on how number of employees are registered and shown on building space and object owner records. 

Added filter field on maintenance incidents (i42974)

A filter field is now available in maintenance incidents to be able to see all that have not been put on maintenance task. 

Telephone module (i42973)

This module which is a part of property items, has now been made FM user friendly that means the registration form, list and filter are configurable. 

Requester/Server setup (i39343) 

A functionalty that users of v11 might be familiar with has now been implemented in FM version. In this step you can drag/drop organisations to indicate who is allowed to send work orders to which organization. 

Bug fixes included with the update:

Reports returning error (i43028)

Main reason for this bug fix release is that some types of reports were not usable and returned only an error message

Action run from sub list (i43023)

Bug fix on refresh when actions were executed from sub lists in registration windows.  

Refresh in “Scenario” dropdown list (i42989)

Bug fix on drop down lists in registration forms that appear after you have selected a radiobutton that changes the form. 

Organisation group column in filter (i43012)

A bug fix on being able to put Organisation group (To) into filter

Owner on artifacts (i42985)

Make it possible to select an owner on artifact (an organization) that is already registered as an owner on some other artifact. This addition includes a new action so that you can turn off this functionality and see all other organisations to be able to select some another. 

Action menu hidden (i42981)

Some fixes made on appearance on action menu when the user had scrolled far down the list view. 

Incident gembox report not showing pictures (i41849)

Fixes made on report so it shows the correct information with pictures. 

Texts and icons falling outside of bounds on smaller screens (US2973)

Investigating and fixing some layout corruptions when users are working on smaller devices i.e. mobile or ipads. 

Update of drawing header (i41809)

Make it possible to create PDF from multi-line text attributes in a block in an interactive drawing

Problems in lists, filters and snapshots (i43025)

• Fix error that was causing sums not to appear at the bottom of lists
• Fix error when Global default snapshot is active and the user had not made any changes on his list. It did override filtering each time when going into module.
• Fixed problem with standard tasks not filtering on head project category when split between project and budget active.

Sums in area calculation above interactive drawings (i39549)

An error fixed that caused some sums to be incorrect in area calculation caused when a thousand separator was replaced with a comma
