Person

Person is one of the most important modules of the system. Person can be created manually or otherwise e.g. import/integration from other systems or via Excel import. Person can also be a user of the system, but in order to be able to log in, the person must be marked as a user, belong to a user role and have a username and a password.

Note that the employee module is closely related to the person module, since the idea is that in order to link tasks, work orders and incidents to a specific person, it is necessary to locate the person within the organisational structure and by doing that, registering an employee (contact). Different information can be entered for these two modules, i.e. person and employee, but since normally the person is only located in one organisation, these information often are the same.
