Object owner module improvements (i40061)

In this release there have been made some improvements on the Object owner module. The module has been made configurable so that the window, list and filter can be set up as preferred. In addition to that there are few additions to register and see utilization of building spaces. 

In the building space you can register how many employees max can use the room. Then for each object owner record you register the number of employees using this room from this organisation. This along with the utilization can then be displayed in lists and on the interactive drawing. 

Utilization is calculated from the Number of employees / Max number of persons (pr. building space)
