Task approval (on annual budget)

In order for a task to go into operation and become active/visible in task management, where orders can be issued from the task, it must be approved. 


Approval is done by approving one or more fiscal years in Annual task budgets.


Typically, approval of the current year is only done if the task runs over several years. When you have to approve the budget for the coming year at the end of the year, you approve the planned cost for the coming financial year. 


Approval can be carried out as follows: 

  1. Click Action menu for the fiscal year you want to approve 
  2. Click the Approve selected annual task budgets action [year] 
  3. In the new window click Excecute to confirm the approval
