    General information

    Standard task is an archive/library of standardized operations and maintenance tasks. Here you can create all the tasks you want to use across your property portfolio, and then in Task planning you can generate a task plan on each building based on these standard tasks - quickly, easily and simply. 

    List of standard tasks that can be used to generate an operation plan

    A standard task does not contain information about: 


    • Account structure - Account, account part and account activity - PSP item and category account 
    • Executing parties - internal / external 
    • Date - time of execution 

    The reason, that the above mentioned points are not part of a standard task, is due to the fact, that this information is normally not generic across a larger property portfolio. Each property often has its own account string and there may be different suppliers of the task from property to property just as the date and time of execution may vary.  


    Create standard task 


    To create a new standard task, do the following: 

    1. Click the green + button 

    Registration button  

     

    Next, the registration of the default task is completed and saved, as in the example shown on the screenshot below.
